Hang Loose

This project seems more to hang, but I am getting more and more things together on my 2CV test bench. I had a very nice phone call with George Hamstra.
Probably in ten days the new WarP11s will be ready. I'll definitive use a WarP11 for the Land Cruiser.

This week I made a battery box for 24 cells out of cardboard. it fits, but things are coming to tight together for a driving car.
As I lay underneath the car thinking about size 12 blogs I fell to sleep...)

Gearbox Mounting

I am struggling a bit with the right way to do the gearbox mounting. Original only the engine and the clutch housing is mounted to the frame. The whole gearbox is free, and there is not realy a good point to mount it. Also the transfer case is aluminium...

Thinking about to lose even more weight

The whole clutch will weight about 42Kg / 93 lbs. And all we need to do with the clutch, is to set the motor "on" or "off".

The flywheel is about 15,1 Kg / 33lbs rotating mass, and thanks to my machinist, it is not running in center.

So I am thinking about to try a LoveJoy...

Batterie Box Testing

I want to use 70 Calb SE180AHA batteries. It would be to easy to put 20 in the back and 50 in front.
I want to have 35 in front and the other 35 in the back, without changing the look and the normal off road use. So the car would be better balanced as original.

Yes!!

The ancient story of cars and car parts in dark deserted barns. I have been there but was not able to turn the engine by hand because it is "locked". So I was not able to disassemble the cluch. Now I have to buy the whole engine and so I can do some measurements for the motor mount adapter.

Winston LYP160AHA
Weight: 5,6kg Size: 276x209x65mm = 3.749.460mm3 / 160AHA = 23,4cm3 /1AHA

Sinopoly SP-LFP180
Weight: 5,6kg Size: 279,5x182x71mm = 3.611.699mm3 / 180AHA = 20cm3 /1AHA

Sinopoly SP-LFP200
Weight: 5,6kg Size: 279,5x182x71mm = 3.611.699mm3 / 200AHA = 18cm3 /1AHA

I have a singel Toyota J4 frame. That makes things a little easier to see.

I have a FJ40 flywheel and cluch disc. So I am looking for a cluchhausing, pressure plate, thrust bearing....

I am looking hard....but no response....?!

Gearbox disassembly to find the center for the Netgain motor adapter.
